It is our priority to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and are very happy with your new furniture.

It is extremely rare for the goods not to be up to standard when you receive them, so to put it simply if for any reason something arrives at your home that is not to a satisfactory level a full replacement will be issued completely free of charge and sent out straight away.

In the very unlikely event that you decide to return your furniture we will collect them from you, and You are able to cancel you order at anytime within 7 days, starting the day after you receive the goods.

After the collection is complete and the goods are back with us, we will issue your refund. Full details can be found with our Shipping & Returns page
